"Last November I decided to purchase a house in Big Bear. Andrea pre-qualified me for an investment loan at a very good rate. I found a house and my offer was accepted. The whole loan process went smoothly and with little effort on my part. Had the escrow closed at that point I would say Andrea did a fine job. Just before we closed, however, the underwriter for the company giving the loan started demanding all kinds of documents and even though I had great credit scores was threatening to not approve the loan.
